Responsibilities
· The Field Project Manager (FPM) will be responsible for managing small and large-scale projects at various customer locations, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently to Northeast Window, Inc. standards
· This role involves direct collaboration with team members, supervisors, and managers to oversee tasks associated with exterior renovations. i.e. window installation, door installation, roofing and siding installation
· In this position, the FPM will manage and oversee small to midsize projects that involve site clean-up and construction, as well as building and equipment demolition
· The role requires the preparation of job installations, work scopes, and schedules
· The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Project Manager to resolve any issues that arise in a timely and appropriate manner
· The FPM will also be responsible for other duties as assigned by management, adapting to the evolving needs of the company
· The FPM will adhere to and follow policies, procedures, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times
· Acts as an agent of business and is involved with developing relationships with key customers and understanding the customer issues
· Provides timely, concise and relevant information to superiors and subordinates
· Provides technical support for proposal preparation, project cost estimates and subcontractor selection and procurement
· Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 2 years of construction experience
· Strong understanding of exterior renovations and products/materials
